RadarMan™ Support
Because of RadarMan's compactness and high level of integration, reliability is enhanced over competing systems. However, because of the time-critical nature of RCS range operations, any down-time is typically very expensive. QuarterBranch's approach to RadarMan™ support is to have available to its customers full, ready-to-use spare RadarMan™ systems. RadarMan™ is the only pulsed-IF RCS radar system for which this approach is feasible. Spare RadarMan™ core systems can be provided at the following availability levels.
Support Options
- Shared, depot-based spare system available by support subscription. Customer's unit returned to factory for repair.
- Dedicated, on-site ready spare RadarMan™ provided along with full support services at a reduced lease rate. At this level, a spare is immediately available for minimum down-time.
- Spare purchased or leased system. Similar to the previous level, this option can allow immediate replacement of a failed unit, but also allows the flexibility of using the spare as necessary for other measurement requirements.
